There is a review on here from 5 years ago talking about how you no one answers the phone and it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. Good to know old habits die hard have been trying to get ahold of someone for a week now multiple messages left never a single call back terrible costumer service!

Amy Clayton is the one who helped me set my account up. She was very informative and helpful. The past few times I’ve gone into the bank I was greeted with a smile and treated with great customer service. I appreciate the all the help and look forward to using this bank for many years!

The employees are rude, you will be told one thing by an employee and the management doesn't care they don't stand behind what their employees say. There is no accountability if you don't watch your account closely money comes up missing with no explanation
