Good people. They do100% satisfied guaranteed if your not satisfied with in 7 days or 500 miles before 7 days. They will put you in a different vehicle around the same value. Wasn't satisfied with the selection came back with no questions asked the gave me three vehicle options.

Bought a 2016 KIA there 3 years ago and after 10 months of driving it jumped time and Car-Mart claims it's over mileage for them to repair. So for the last 2 years I've been paying for a POS car that's sitting at a garage, meanwhile still paying for it and insurance. They should be shut down.

America’s, Car-mart in Paducah, Kentucky are Amazing! I highly recommend This Dealership when you need a vehicle for a good price that has low mileage And a great shape! The ladies and gentlemen who worked there, Eddie and his coworker both went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle that I wanted! They even stayed over the regular time of closing of business just to be able to get me in this vehicle because they knew the urgency of me getting in a vehicle immediately! Car-Mart is a literal joke. Honestly have nothing good to say about them. Got my vehicle in June and My car has been in a shop for a month now, they are supposed to call and give updates and I'm not getting nothing. The same message when I call everyday. On top of a 650 car payment a month. The interest rate is ridiculous when financing a loan. A 10,000 car I'm paying 18,000 for and its already messed up only a month after having it. They don't do replacement vehicles. It's a rip off and waste of money.!! If I could give 0 stars I would, but unfortunately I had to put at least one.

Won’t let me post unless I put a star! I would give them a zero stars. Wouldn’t do business with them. Came in with a trade and they broke the door handle. Refused to fix and decided that after our first visit they were going to change/ increase the down payment and monthly payment. The car they have is 7,000 over Kelly blue book. With auxiliary battery light on.
Buyer be aware. Do your research!

Relatively quick and great service. Had the fan motor go out 15 minutes after leaving and they immediately got a tow truck and brought it to a repair shop to fix free of charge. Kind people too

I asked about the brakes after a test drive and they told me it just hadn’t been driven in a while! I then got it checked out by a mechanic and he told me that the car had been sitting in water for a while and that the brakes wasn’t bad they are just rusted from the water and was scratching the rotor. My axil was also busted in the front on the left.
