We recently bought a hot tub from Crowell Pools and Spas and we love it!! The personable service we received was and is a breath of fresh air. Everyone on staff is knowledgeable and helpful if there are questions that need answering. One of the best parts is being able to rely on their water testing to make sure you’re adding just the right amount of solution should you need to adjust your balance for a sparkling clear spa. We are so glad we made the decision to buy our spa here ? Special thanks to Stacy for all your help and to everyone else that helped to assure us that we made the right decision. Excellent customer service from start to finish! Not only did they help us find the perfect spa, but the installation crew was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and made all facets of delivery seamless! Would highly recommend to any looking for new pool or spa! Crowell is the way to go!

My wife and I enjoy the entire experience of seeking, purchasing and maintaining our spa from Crowell Pools & Spa. We have owned our spa for over a year now. We get our water tested monthly and so enjoy the trip there. Ashley and Will are so friendly and helpful. Happy New Year Ya'll!

After searching and looking at several places I came across Crowell pools and spas.they were very friendly and showed me all their selection answered all my questions and didn't try and pressure me into buying the most expensive one they had.they beat their competitors by thousands.their set up crew explained everything and were very professional. I highly recommend going their before you buy

The whole crew at Crowl Pool are top notch .Jeff and Stacy make you feel so welcome and are very helpful. We purchased a Hot Springs hot tube about 5 years ago and started to get some blemishes in the tube due to a chemical reaction with the color we chose. Jeff looked at it and said he would contact the company because it was still under warranty .The company and Crowl Pool definitely stands behind their product . We was offered 3 options and option 3 was a full replacement of our tub with a cover, delivery and set up and a 2023 model. Kudos to these two companies and Jeff for all the help. Thank you .
