CVS has gone down hill tremendously, they will lie to you to keep you from going to another pharmacy when they are out of your medicine, they will turn around and do exactly what you had asked them not to do (fill a partial script instead of letting me fill my full script at Walgreens. Their staff (pharmacists) had no idea what they are doing back there and it’s clear they don’t even understand the quantity of the medicine because I called before I came to cvs the second time and asked before driving all the way there again that it was a full script, they told me it was the full script, IT WAS STILL HALF THE SCRIPT WHEN I GOT THERE! Completely incompetent pharmacists. So I had my provider on the phone asked him to switch it to Walgreens bc cvs said no other cvs had my medicine either. Then I had to call back to cancel them from switching to Walgreens bc I had just talked to cvs and they said my script was filled and it was the full amount, get to cvs to find out I have to call my doctor back again to have them switch my prescription to Walgreens because the cvs pharmacist don’t know the difference between a partial fill and full medication fill, they also don’t know what the quantity is. They really shouldn’t be back there at all because they clearly are not qualified.

Cricket went out of her way to help me with my medicine tonight.It was 15 mins till close and she still was super nice and didn't have to go out of her way like that.

She was exceptional in her service at CVS, Lone Oak Rd. She helped me find what I needed as well as explain how my insurance worked for OTC meds. She deserves a 10!!!!!!

My favorite pharmacy store is CVS. Hands down. I have only had a bad experience in one store out of multiple over the last 30 years. Great job CVS. From a devoted and happy customer (overall).

So unprofessional. They ask about what your medication is in front of customers even if it's a sensitive issue,and don't even fill prescriptions that they told you to come back for you basically have to beg for your medicine even through they have already been payed by your insurance days ago I have went there 3 times this week to fill 1 prescription and they keep not filling it and selling all of the meds. Why is it my job to remind them daily that they haven't filled my script I should just be able to come back to the store and it be filled and on the shelf ya know like the whole entire business model of a pharmacy

I’d rate the pharmacy zero stars if I could. Always out of stock, always have signage saying short staffed, yet completely shut down for lunch with half a dozen people working. It’s absolutely pathetic. Avoid at all costs.
