Will not step foot inside this store ever again.. got my wife the wrong phone charger. Just wanted to exchange it for a different one. The young man who said he was the manager. Said his system was old and couldn't help me. He got very rude said leave my store, i said i can't help you he said again..drove four miles down the road towards Mayfield, Ky and stopped at the Dollar Store on the right. They got me in out no problem at all. I think he didn't know how to do an exchange or just didn't want to bother with it..very dissatisfied.

Get ready to wait, seems like the point of going to this store is negated when you get stuck behind people who are doing their monthly shopping. Just wanting to get a handful of items, yet stuck behind two filled carts, and you know there's gonna be a problem at checkout time.

Shouldn't even get ONE STAR, this Dollar General is TRASH, the store is cluttered and full of violations and death traps. They should be ashamed of themselves for having a store that is this bad!!! The guy at the register is a straight liar too, I asked to use the restroom and he said it is "out of order", so you mean to tell me that they don't have a restroom for employees to use during their entire work shift?!

I've been to this particular DG my whole life worked as a representative for one, loved the people and I loved the area I grew up there. But this one in particular was my favorite until they got a new manager last year and since then I've hated it me and my entire family avoid it. My girlfriend and mother gets harassed and called names by the manager for no reason. We've never stolen and always use our foodstuffs to pay and she accused my mom and girlfriend of stealing and followed them around the store running her mouth having herself a bad day or whatever and they were just shopping for our 2 year Olds food. One day there was even an instance where when we walked out she was talking about us calling us trashy people to a customer and the customer cane straight to us and told us c what she didn't know was we know everyone in town and everyone else seems to think we are pretty great people and parents. But I do not appreciate that HR hasn't done anything about the handful of complaints she's gotten. Multiple from us she doesn't know how to talk to people and she non stop talking on her phone trash talking other customers and employees . She is very unprofessional and does not need to be in management as much as she complains about it. Management should be held to the highest standard not the lowest.
