Fed Ex drove by house twice without stopping. Here all day. Security cameras on all my doors and no indication of Fed Ex. . No door tags. Then they said no one was at home. Pitiful.

no way to actually get hold of the location. All calls are sent to a voicemail service which can only go to a call center. Very frustrating

FedEx said they delivered my package and left a picture of the package they "left by the front door" However, it wasn't MY front door! Good luck trying to get the issue resolved. You can't actually speak to anyone. All they do is say they are "investigating" the issue and will update me when they learn something new. FedEx Paducah absolutely sucks! This is not the first time they have lost a package. USPS is wonderful. UPS.....even better. It's literally the morons at FedEx screwing things up ALL. THE. TIME. I make a conscience effort to NEVER order anything from a seller that uses these imbeciles as their delivery method!

They charged a hefty fee to deliver a package that was never delivered. I could walk to the place it is addressed to and get it there quicker .

I didn't have a very great experience dealing with FedEx for the delivery of my package, that was suppose to be delivered before Christmas. And it was a Christmas present for my middle son. And I do realize that it was during a difficult time being it was during the holidays, but that wasn't the entire issue. I felt like I was kinda being given the run around every time I called the Customer Service department and just given one excuse after another, and the first 2 excuses I'm not sure were even accurate or if they were just saying anything to hold me off for another day or two. But I will say this, every customer service representative that I spoke with was however very pleasant on the phone, and very respectful with me and their tones and such, considering they speak to so many during these days, I wasn't once spoken to in disrespect.

Apparently they have specific conditions to only selectively deliver to certain towns / areas. When they don't deliver - they hold it without notifying you for only 5 days. This happened with my car title, which I had waited months for and with my son's birthday gift. I shouldn't have to drive half an hour each way to pick something up that I paid overnight shipping for.I've had nothing but issues with FedEx since the first time I used them and they destroyed a container of electronics, made no effort to deliver it and/or contact me, then erroneously tried to return it to where I purchased it, trying to charge me for shipment both ways...

One of their incompetent drivers handed my package of important medication that I need to take EVERY day to one of my neighbors and haven't done a thing about it, even after I filed a police report. They claimed they handed it to me, regardless of how many times I've told them they didn't. Then they said they'd send the driver to retrieve my package from where they dropped it off at, which corporate said was improper protocol. They've been delivering my medication for over a year now, but this one incident and the fact that they don't want to take any responsibility for this mishap, has made me change the way I get my medications or any other packages.

Had to drop off something at FedEx. It is so refreshing to see employees that really love their jobs. The young lady that help me with my shipment was so nice she made my “chore” so much easier.
