Drivers are lazy incompetent liars. They could be right down the road with your package and you will get a notification saying they tried to deliver but no one was home, but they never even tried to deliver because they never even showed up!

Awful service! Numerous times I have had packages not delivered promptly. Just this week was expecting a package at work and we watched the fed ex delivery guy pull up and never get out of the van and then leave...never even attempted to deliver the package but yet the tracking claimed we were closed. Wrong. He never even attempted. 3 days ao far and still so package. Seems typical here lately when dealing with fed ex. Not a fan.

I paid extra to have a package delivered by today, and I’ve been at home waiting for this package, because it is imperative that I receive it today! This is why I paid the shipper extra.
Just received an alert that a delivery attempt was made, but no one was home, with a blurry photo, so I can’t even tell if the address on the package is correct. I am sitting right here at home. No one came! I checked all my doors, no door tag on any of them. I don’t know where this driver went, but it was NOT to the correct address!
Called your customer service representative. She was polite, but not helpful. Told me the package would be redelivered tomorrow. I told her I paid extra because I needed it today, and wanted my refund for paying extra to get it today. She said I need to contact the seller (it’s most certainly not the seller’s fault!). Then I asked her if she talked to the driver to see where he went since it wasn’t to the correct place, and I can’t even tell if the address is correct on the blurry picture. She then hung up on me without verifying the address is correct, nor answering me! Like, wow, really??? Yes, it’s not her fault this driver is clueless about his location, but she could have answered my questions! I will never do business with FedEx intentionally again. I can’t control how sellers ship things, but if I have a choice, I won’t use FedEx. The lack of care that both employees displayed inspires zero confidence for me.

You bring my package that HAS TO BE SIGNED FOR mid day on a Thursday or Friday when most normal humans are at work but you DONT bring it on Saturday??? You suck FedEx. You’re terrible and will never be as good as UPS.

Medical supplies were scheduled for delivery Dec 11, then reschedule for Dec 12. Still not deliveries. Fedex customer service isn't giving me answeres and I can't find the local number for Paducah fedex ground where the office is. This is irresponsible.

My FOOD was delivered on the ground somewhere and I can not get ahold of anyone to let the driver know! So my food will be ruined!! This company is ridiculous!!! Hire people that can read!!! I also recieved someone else's package!!! Livid!

Day two on a scheduled pickup and still not picked up. If I pay for a daily pickup, then that's what I should have. On further research, driver put in that pick up was made when it wasn't.

3 weeks ago I ordered a sprocket for a hesston hay baler from a Texas parts place. There were only 2 of these left in circulation. After about a week and a half I had not received the item so I call the shipper. Tracking stated item was scanned in to paducah ky location. But that the item was damaged not deliverable.So the shipper sends me the other sprocket he had in stock. After a week goes by I have not received the second shipment. The shipper tracked the second shipment. Again made it to paducah ky. I physically went to the paducah facility and gave them the tracking number..sure enough they said the second package was also damaged and undeliverable..I have the manager at this facility well what happens to these items that fall under the damaged and undeliverable. He told me they throw them in the dumpster. Really...I had to tell him there was no way a heavy piece of steel sprocket was damaged and had to be thrown in the dumpster twice. I lost the the last 2 baler sprockets because a employee probably stole them to sell on ebay..you cant tell me that on 2 separate occasions, the same items, were damaged and undeliverable. So because they threw away the last 2 parts available I cannot fix this balerSomeone in the paducah facility is stealing period

I've been having packages delivered for over 2 years at my current residence. Today, 12-13-22, I had 2 packages delivered at 3:36 pm in Princeton, KY. Instructions were to leave at my door. The driver left them at the end of my long driveway, on the ground at the bottom of my mailbox post. VERY DISPLEASED..
