Might have a good product. But the scheduling and service really needs major improvement. Was told the first visit it would be 4 to 8 weeks and 8 weeks being the worst case possible. Finally 14 weeks later one person showed up. We were told that there would be a crew removing the carpet and prepping for the new flooring. Oh don't empty your house for them for the first day or you will be a week without any furniture. Not very impressed!

Awesome place Had our flooring installed by his sub contractor fisher floors and was highly satisfied , I would highly recommend them very thorough !

My husband and I were shopping for flooring for our new home. We had been to three locations, flooring America in Paducah was our third. For the exact same type of flooring, we noticed their prices were four times more expensive than the other two places we checked. That said, we didn’t want to insult them and make them feel bad so I left a fake name, a fake phone number, and a fake address. Imagine my surprise when I got a call from this company to my real phone number—A number I never provided to them nor gave them permission to call. What’s even more outrageous, is they contacted our real estate agent—an egregious overreach of boundaries. We never mentioned who we were working with for our real estate transaction. Who do these people think they are? It is the most outrageous invasion of privacy my husband and I have ever experienced and we’re not young people. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. I explained what happened to my real estate agent and apologized on behalf of this company for being so obnoxious. I’ve never known a flooring company to go to such lengths to stalk potential customers before. It was very very disturbing. I’m not sure what software they have rigged up in that store, but if you go here, turn your phone to airplane mode so they can’t access it because if they do they will track down everybody you know to try to get a hold of you. I will post this review for everybody to see because it’s 100% true. Edited to add the following: I was so disturbed by the actions of the store that I contacted their corporate headquarters. I relayed what happened to corporate and they promised me they would follow up with me. I just heard back from them today, and this store completely lied to them. They told corporate that I had given the information about our real estate agent to them which was completely 100% untrue. I told corporate that while I appreciated their follow up with me, Nothing the store told her was true. I explained that corporate had no way of knowing who was telling the truth in the situation and I understood that. But again, I will never, ever use this place because of what happened. They know the truth, and I know the truth. I still one hundred percent stand behind everything I’ve said here because it is completely true.

This was CLEARLY not a miscommunication. Shame on you Flooring America. Again, who do you think you are????) Anyway, I told corporate that while I appreciated their follow up with me, Nothing the store told her was true. I explained that corporate had no way of knowing who was telling the truth in the situation and I understood that. But again, I will never, ever use this place because of what happened. They know the truth, and I know the truth. Great experience. I came in with a budget and the staff were able to get me what I wanted within my price. I opted to do my own removal of old carpet to save a little bit. What pleased me the most was NO HIDDEN CHARGES!! The agreed apon price was exactly what I paid. Install went smoothly. Would definitely recommend.
