One of my favorite Goodwill stores, Lone Oak Ky. Reasonably priced and friendly staff keep me coming back. However, I don't think that it is fair that a reseller is allowed to wait by the door where new merchandise enters the floor. I have witnessed this lady several times loading up her cart, literally, with merchandise that all other shoppers do not even get to see much less have the opportunity to purchase themselves. If I do see her doing the same in the future, I will photograph said "shopper" and report to corporate.

Place is a joke. The fact that everything costs so much when they get everything donated ( they are the highest priced in the area ) and than if you buy something they sell that doesn't even work... if it's under $10 they WONT give you your money back you HAVE to exchange and only 10 days to do so... so, if you buy something broken ( was a camera I couldn't test it it needed to be charged first ) and you don't find anything to exchange it for in the short 10 days they give you... you're left with broken stuff that they won't do anything with to help you. Yeah.. they're " for " the people.....

I wished I could give my hometown Goodwill a 5-star rating but the parking lot is just a sore spot I can't overlook. It has 2 handicapped parking spots, great... the issue is their location. Instead of placing them side by side and only allowing 1 van access you could have placed one on each side of the door entrance and had wheelchair van access for 2 cars. This would also free up more room in the parking lot. Now for the store. The store is bright and clean and I could access most isles. I met a friendly guy that worked there also in a wheelchair and he said that he knew some isles were tight in wheelchairs. I believe management should listen to their disabled staff members and heed their advice. As I was leaving another elderly lady with a walker as wide as my chair entered so I'm not your only disabled person... maybe you would have more if you made the isles more accessible. Memphis, Nashville, and Little Rock all seem to find the room. BTW, please look at this attached photo. This is exactly why splitting the handicapped parking spots would help. The white truck parked in the hatch marks is not unusual... unfortunately.

Goodwill used to be a place that was actually enjoyable. You could always count on finding something awesome at a great price. It has turned to greed. Donated items are now compared to eBay. Save your gas and shop on ebay. Rude people and ridiculous prices for a thrift store. NO LONGER THRIFTY.

I was able to find just what I needed at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and I didn't have to wait in line very long.

Large amount of clothes and shoes. ANY adult pair of shoes or boots is $4.99, children's $1.99. Super nice employees.
