“My grandsons participate in activities such as Kindergarten Basketball and Martial Arts. They have a lot of classes to participate in for any age. I recommend them!”
“This is the best gym in town and in the region! Their equipment is updated often and well maintained. I’ve been a member for 17 years and I can honestly say I never have to wait on equipment. It is large and is a good space for both women and men. My favorite is the AMT, but they have anything you could want. I like that they have wipes to wipe down after a workout but they also keep it very clean there. Oh, they even have a great walking path outside! For those with kids they also have a kids zone. They have several classes for all levels of fitness.
I started taking my daughter there when she was little and she grew up loving it, and has worked there in the kids zone and still works out there and loves it as much as I do.”

“My husband loves to work out here when he’s in town for work. It’s so convenient we can get an airbnb with a connection to downstairs. It makes our life easy and we don’t have to skip a workout. It’s really clean in here and nice.”
“Please take all of your cleaning dispenser lids today, throw them in the garbage, and put all of the old ones back. Please also put the yellow step up stools, with the hand rail, back. Too many people relied on them. It’s pretty lame to pay no mind to what your customers need and use.”

They offer so many other things too like martial arts, dance/yoga, swim lessons, they have a pool, basketball court, tennis room, sauna, massage beds, tanning beds, birthday party’s. so much more. staff is always super friendly, place is always really clean. the membership is so much cheaper and you get more than the gym. way better than pf. i constantly recommend this place to everyone !”

“Over a year ago I walked into Crossfit Dig Deep thinking I would try it for a couple months. I was blown away by the welcoming people at CFDD. Everyone from the owners, coaching staff, veterans, and newbies were so welcoming and helpful. I am always looking forward to my workout days. Best place around!”
