I called GNC and talked to Jeff the manager at the store in the Kentucky Oaks Mall. Which I did not know it was there! Bonus! Jeff suggested I come into the store with my probiotics. Because there was no sales receipt in the box. I didn’t want anymore of the probiotics so Jeff gave me a full refund. Jeff was very nice, professional and understanding with my concerns.
