“My mother and I were shopping for my bridesmaids bouquets. We were in the store for quite a while and did find everything we needed.. on our own. We saw quite a few staff members but no one spoke to us, not a hello or a can I help you. The only interaction we had was an associate making is feel like we were in her way, a few times! I work retail, too, and understand being to get tasks completed with little staff, but she was not polite and the rest of the staff was oblivious to the customers. One lady even asked if my mom could ring her up because there was no one noticed that she was at the register. Not the way to treat customers”
