Many floor workers are very helpful, knowledgeable, and bust their buns, with some employees giving great advice and pointing customers in the right direction. Managers can provide outstanding and helpful service. However, the checkout arrangement is very strange, with some employees perceived as standing around and helping grudgingly. Overall, it is a great place for projects, saved by the helpful floor workers.
Everytime ive gone here the staff have been super nice accommodating and knowledgeable! Also really great music plays here! One of the best home depots ive ever been to!

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot. Typically they are very friendly and extremely helpful. But, during my recent pick up order it was not as helpful. It is extremely important to help each customer to the best of your ability.
