I am a frequent shopper at this hucks today I had a very ugly experience. I get the same thing every day I come and the item is only 2.99. today and associate named Daren was assisting me and I wanted to do 2 separate transactions as I got gas today. He said for me to go pump my gas and come back in and he'll bring me up so he can get the people in line behind me checked out. Mind you I was just paying for another item... Which didn't make much sense but I let it go. As I am a frequent shopper here but have never seen this employee before. It is usually a very nice girl with glasses at the counter! I came back in after pumping my gas he yells to the kitchen to then make my food which I assumed he had already done since he told me to come back in after pumping gas. But still no big deal. But today he tried to overcharge me to $4.99 on a tornado... All year I've only spend $2.99/ea on tornados. He has a very unpleasant aura and made me very uncomfortable but I ignored it. But trying to over charge me is insane! So I said I did not want the item as it's suppose to be 2.99 he said well it's 4.99 and I proceeded to leave. I called the store to re-verify the price and Mr Daren answered the phone. I proceeded to ask how much a egg,sausage,cheese tornado was and he hung up in my face! I couldn't believe it!! I tried to call back and got ignored. This Employee Daren y'all have is very unpleasant and is not a good employee to customers. If you don't want to come to work simply don't come. I am very unhappy with my experience today as my usual experience with the lady cashier is always very pleasant!

Received incorrect food order. Called to complain, and the person in charge was supposed to get with the manager and call back. Never received the call back!

Tried calling 3 weeks ago to order a pizza. I called the kitchen and front of store, no answer! I was calling over and over and didn't feel I should leave my pizza order on the answering machine. I eventually went and ordered from another restaurant. I again called today trying to order pizza. Again no answer, after I let phone ring and ring. Called five times, called front store and answering machine came on AGAIN! That makes the second time you all have lost business because of phones not working!

My spouse just went and ordered 2 Taco pizza. $42.. Neither were taco pizzas. Tried to call multiple times and the phones do not work!! We live 30 min away and can't just "come back". Not the first time this has happened. I usually check the pizza when I pick it up but he didn't. Still just makes me so mad.

2x in 1 week their pumps aren't giving you a receipt it's it's inconvenience especially after knowing it didn't work the first time now it's a different pump I'm too tired too exhausted and don't have time to go in and wait in line for a receipt I will start going elsewhere if they don't fix the problem

The noise level in that store is loud. Not exactly sure but I think it was the store manager talking so loud the cashier could not hear me give my number.

I come here quite often to fill up. Unfortunately I doubt I'll be back much. The credit card company has my non-chip card screwed up as a chip. Used to I could put it in 3 times and it'd fall back to swipe. They have now changed it to where if your chip doesn't work they will not accept it. So basically the money I spend here is not good enough for them. So goodbye from a Hucks Rewards member and paying customer

The employees at this store have always been very nice to me. The service is why I keep coming back to buy food and gas. Keep up those smile and great personalities. It does make a difference.
