“I was so HAPPY that I decided to call Charles at Allstate Insurance. He was very helpful and patient and was happy to give me a quote for my homeowners and car insurance. It took about 45 minutes over the phone to give him all my information. He gave me a quote that is saving me about $1200 a year on my homeowners and about $1000 per year on my car insurance. I told him that I wanted to give my husband a call and speak with him about it before making a final decision ( even though it was a no-brainer). Charles was not pushy and he did not try to get me to switch over on the initial phone call. He understood that I needed to check a few things first. I gave him a call back a few hours later and switched everything over. The transition was very smooth and easy. A few days later I received a follow up email letting me know that everything was all set. I realize that the thought of going through the process of changing your insurance company seems like a lot of time and work that you don't have or don't want to do but take it from me , it was WELL worth every second I spent.”
