The experience was perfect. The associate at the refund counter helped me with setting up the app. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgable and respectful. The thing I was disappointed in was the 30% coupon received by mail, wasn’t honored on the merchandise (womens) blouse I purchased.
Other than this, all went well.

Everyone from Returns to the Front Cashier was Great! Came to Return My Amazon Package and Ended Up Purchasing Two Summer Jackets Because the Lady in Returns Gave Me a Discount Coupon! Great Marketing! Very Great Customer Service!

Nothing's priced !And things that are priced are way to damn high I can go on Amazon for way cheaper than a 32$ shirt ! I'm good no thank you .

Paris went above and beyond at the checkout counter, I had forgotten my 30% off coupon and she looked me up and applied to my order. That has NEVER happened to me before, she was friendly, courteous, and did not try to rush me through the process. I am 75 years old, and appreciated her taking the extra little time to assist me. That being said, it was VERY warm in your store, felt like there was NO air to breath, several were complaining! Thank you, Karen Holland

I love the sales Kohls has and the multitude of coupons. They always have nice clothes and home decor that is well organized and a good selection of sizes. Everything is great until I get to check out. The cashiers are surly and unwilling to use kohls pay, they "forget" to apply kohls cash and then say they can't go back and add it. Overall, I really like this store's merchandise but I order a lot to avoid the cashiers.
