The customer service I experienced was subpar. There was little to no communication when it came to fixing my car. I had to call up repeatedly to check on the progress of my car. When picking my car up, I had to walk around the parking lot in the dark to find it. I will not be back.

Took my 2019 GMC Sierra in for a exhaust leak. I was getting exhaust fumes in the cab of my truck. They call me and said I had no exhaust leak. So I took my truck home and found the leak myself. There was a 2 inch long crack in the right exhaust pipe right behind where it bolts to the exhaust manifold. I also told them I had a water leak on the right rear passenger side that was on the headliner. Said they could not fix water leak because they were not a body shop. I know you do not have to be a body shop to fix this issue. When I know there is a service bulletin 18-NA-383 to fix this problem. So I will not be doing any business with Larry Stovesand anymore.

Robert was great at getting a resolution with my paint issues and parts ordered. Service costs are a little more than other dealers I've been to, but the shocker was when I went to pay, if I used a credit card it was a 3% charge. I've never had a service department do that. I would appreciate that changing. But really nice people working there!!

I have a 2003 Tahoe, the 4 wheel encoder motor was faulty, they charged me $450+ for OEM part. The part had Dorman printed on it, after market part. Looked it up .. $200+ at AutoZone and O'Reilly's. Charged $600 labor.... excessive about of labor. Had my vehicle 7 weeks, had to stop twice and get answers. Would be nice to get some of my labor charges back. Michael Piazza was amazing, he found the car I wanted, sealed the deal and even went to Nashville to pick it up so I could have it the next day. Service by all involved was amazing!!

Luke assisted us in our car buying experience. He was very knowledgeable about the different vehicles we test drove and answered all of our questions. He made the process easy and fun. I usually have a ton of anxiety when it comes to the pressures of buying a new vehicle but my husband and I really enjoyed working with him. We unfortunately found out some bad news about our trade-in that was not relayed to us when we bought it. Luke was very empathetic and genuinely upset for us as he shared the news of our vehicles history. Luke and the finance manager were able to get us in the vehicle we wanted and the monthly payments we needed. Thanks to everyone we interacted with during our time there! We love our new '24 GMC Terrain! Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Went in for an oil change and I would give five stars every time but I always have oily hand prints all over my steering wheel and driver door panel. This time, I had it on my seat also. Literally takes 1 minute to wipe it off.

Above and beyond service. ALL employees happy and smiling. Positive interactions with staff while waiting during service. Price point for services are perfect. Explaining your vehicle’s rendered services or needed service is a personalized and positive experience. The mechanical technicians are expertly trained. My vehicle has never ran better. Allowing me to enjoy my driving experience with confidence of repair, upkeep and maintenance.

We were in Paducah visiting from Arkansas when my GMC truck started having issues, and the power steering went out. Although it was the middle of a Friday, and they were busy, Paul and Keith both took time to help over the phone during my many calls and when I couldn’t fix it remotely they worked me in to their afternoon to diagnose and fix the truck. Keith even personally gave me a ride during the day since I was car-less and away from home. Phenomenal customer service laced with empathy, patience and efficiency. I don’t know many people in the Paducah area, but I would point them all Keith and Paul’s way.

I received the ultimate customer service from Luke that anyone would want to receive when doing something as stressful as shopping for a new car. Not only did Luke have knowledge about vehicles in general and the vehicle I did end up purchasing, He also interacted with my 13 month old son, which shows his character and how much he cares about his customers. I couldn’t have been more pleased or received better customer service anywhere else. I from now on will continue my business here and want to Thank Luke again for everything!

I had an upper and lower radiator hose replaced and coolant flush. I was aware of the cost of the coolant flush and requested it. However I was not aware that the upper hose would be 200 dollars. That’s a 30 dollar hose at any parts store . You upcharged me on the hose and to add insult to injury you charged 2.5 hours labor while you were flushing the system. 745 dollars . This should have been discussed with me Pryor to the repair. I’m not happy with your new service manager. Your Pryor manager would have discussed this extravagant price. Admittedly this type of practice makes you more money but looses loyal GM customers.

Bought a Toyota Highlander about 2 weeks ago, and I’m still in love! WAYNE was my car salesman and he was perfect! My mom and I had driven All around that day looking at vehicles and we hadn’t come across anyone that really seemed like they wanted to sell something to us! I had my sights set on this particular vehicle and he showed me literally everything. Every bell and whistle, he went over the whole car! I was honestly impressed with how much he knew about it. I just wanted to get on here and brag about him and let you all know, you have a great worker on hand. I also am impressed by the lifelong car washes btw ?
