The team at LensCrafters are fabulous. I was out of town and accidentally sat on my glasses. The lens fell out and the frames were bent. I talked to Debby on the phone who assured me she could fix them. I brought them in and sure enough, good as new. So thankful. I highly recommend this location and team. A big Thankyou.

This LensCrafters location has always been extremely helpful and polite any time I have used them. They have helped me fill prescriptions on extremely short notice and got me in and out fast. The manager Maria is incredibly nice and was able to help me on a Saturday when no other office in Paducah was available. I can’t recommend this store enough.

Very friendly ladies greeted me and when ask if they could repair glasses that were not purchased there, they said "sure we will try. While one fixed my glasses the other answered my questions on pricing of their progressive bifocal lens and frames. Then after doing a great job of repairing my glasses within minutes, they would not charge me. Nothing, absolutely free and fit better than they ever have.

My husband accidentally sat on my granddaughter’s glasses. The only place open on a Sunday was LensCrafters in the mall. Maria was awesome! Even though we didn’t purchase the glasses there, was able to repair the bent frames for her. Pretty awesome customer service!! Thank you so much!

We are out of state doing a job. We always use Lenscrafters for our eye care. This is absolutely the best experience I have ever experienced. They have the best experienced professionals ever. The lady I had the experience dealing with is beyond knowledgeable. I can't thank her enough!!! I have not found one person who was able to figure out/ resolve my issues. That is until now!!!! Folks this is the place to go for your eye care & products. They care and listen as well as provide very professional services.

Visited the Paducah KY store for new glasses and was assisted by Debbie. Debbie was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Debbie made a normally stressful process easy and fun. I will definitely recommend Lens Crafters to others due to my great experience because of her.
