We purchased our 2nd grill in as many weeks. The staff and especially the manager (Fayla) were extremely helpful! They actually went above and beyond by having the grill assembled while we waited. The best experience at a Lowes I have ever had!

Not too bad of a big box hardware store. Prices are good, selection is about average. About the only complaint is if you need any specific items that require length, you will be there for an hour.
