This store is horrid. Never any help. Have had issues with this store over 6 times. Never ever will they get another penny from me. Do better Lowes and you wouldn’t have upset customers. And I am sure I am not the only one

Lowe's is well-stocked and I usually find what I came to buy. But as with all Lowe's that I have visited, they are way over-priced. I noticed that even their "sale" prices are about the regular prices found at Walmart.

Registers down on Christmas Eve, took longer than 30 minutes to get checked out. Did not price the invoice. When requested to price invoice one product was three times the price it was on the shelf. So had to walk around the store to verify the price, and find a manager to approve it.Before that sales people were apparently too busy talking to help me find what I was looking for.

Employees are very helpful. Even called the store across town to find us what we needed. Southside went above and beyond for us. Mall employees very nice as well

I've never hated a place to shop more than this Lowe's.I can't believe I found myself about to spend over 2k on bamboo flooring, and that was just for the first room. Altogether the project gonna be around 20k,I picked out what I was gonna be getting, 8ncluding the tools I needed. I got my cart, found the flooring, but needed to pee. Came back and they had the flooring section blocked off and a dooche bag standing guard making sure I didn't buy anything.He did tell me he would allow me to go get any items I wanted, but it was the way he told me, like I should thank him for the luxury of spending my money with Lowe's.I honestly do not think I've ever been the angry at a store/employee.I included a video showing the blocked section.I spend probably around 20 to 30 thousand dollars a year at Lowe's, or I did.Lately this sort of thing keeps happening.It's either they have so many employees your constantly harassed, or you can't find anyone.Either I am going to find what I need at Menards, or it's all going to be online and not from Lowe's. I'm throwing every kobalt tool away to. This dude literally has me wanting to crusade against this parody of a retail shop.

I went to Lowe's around 7:30 PM on a Thursday to buy paint and paint thinner. The employees were helpful and easy to find, and I found exactly what I needed.However, I was disappointed that no checkout lanes were open, only self-checkout. If I hadn't been in urgent need of paint thinner, I would have left without making a purchase, because that's how much I hate self-checkout.Some people like self-checkout, and more power to them. Personally, I find self-checkout to be de-humanizing and stressful, especially at the end of a long day. Here's an example of why I hate self-checkout, from my experience at Lowe's: After I scanned my items, the large main screen asked me to insert my payment card. I inserted my card into the little card reader, and the large screen said "Processing Payment," with a spinner indicating that I should wait. Then I started hearing an annoying beep. But the large screen still showed "Processing Payment," and still showed the spinner. So I waited, and still the beeping continued. Finally, I realized that the tiny screen on the card reader was asking me to remove my card. (See the attached photo that I took.)Why not put the "Please remove card" message on the large screen also, instead of only on the tiny screen? Why show an inaccurate message on the large screen saying that payment is still processing, when actually it has finished processing? Or better yet, why even have two screens at all, when it would be simpler and more user-friendly to have all interactions done on a single screen? By having two screens, you guarantee that people will frequently be looking at the wrong screen.I stopped shopping at Home Depot ten years ago because they sometimes had only self-checkout open, and Lowe's has gotten thousands of dollars of my business since then, without a penny of my money going to Home Depot. Now I guess I should start giving more business to Hank Brothers True Value, or maybe it's time to finally try Menard's.

Per Lowes website they honorCraftmans warranty items. Had aleaf blower/ vacuum less than ayear, ( warranty is 3 years),bought atLowes. They would not take it backand replace. Got the runaround fromcustomer service. They said had tobe bought on a Lowes credit card.Left the Paducah store unhappyContacted Craftsmans and they saidLowes should haven taken it backand replaced no questions asked.Don't believe everything on there website. Craftmans is replacing.

First of all if I could give zero stars ….that is what I would do .I ordered a dryer and a microwave from Lowe’s Paducah , kyonly to find out it was going to be delivered from Nashville Tennessee .when they arrived they pluggedin the dryer, which was dented , and did not workso they took everything including the microwave back to the center in Nashville Tennessee .I received the phone call on 10/11/23 saying they had issued the refund to my account…only to find out they have actually charged my account again ,another $850so now I’m out at $1700!!!they refused to look into it any further , said that the issue is with my bank .Lowe’s … charged me twice , instead of issuing my refund .Will NOT order from here again , as their only response is …. They have issued the refund . Meanwhile , my account has been charged $1700 for an order that was taken back to the warehouse

Awesome store with tons of items in stock. They have parking for Veterans which I appreciate and a 10% discount for VETS. It's nice to be recognized and appreciated as a Veteran. It's not a wind fall but a lot BETTER than Home Despot.
