Walk in appt to change my polish and reshape from another shop. Kim was kind quick and took great care of me. This is my new preferred shop. They ask questions to make sure they are exceeding your expectations I love that. Great customer experience.

I went in to get a manicure and pedicure. Being transgender, it's always iffy if you will be welcome or treated right. People stared at me like I was some circus animal the whole time. That included stylists and customers. I did not at all deserve that treatment. I was doing nothing different than anyone else, but somehow I was not welcome there. Don't worry, I will NEVER go back!
To top it all off, the nails lasted all of four days. They are already chipping.
