Oh, Old Navy, what happened? Clearance racks are haphazardly placed all over the store and look like they cleaned out a teenager's closet for a sale. I have worn Gap khaki pants most of my life and the current version of them are made much cheaper, but cost as much as the original version. I did find a couple good deals on summer shirts and I'm happy about that, but it's definitely not our go to store anymore.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at the store! I had a complicated return from two separate online orders, quite a few exchanges, and I really wanted a pair of pants that I had bought online in the incorrect size, but they were not available online or in store. The team at the Kentucky Oaks Old Navy worked, literally, over an hour on this return/exchange, AND(!!!) were able to call two different stores to see if I could get the pants in the size I needed and then got them shipped directly to my house! Not to mention I was having issues with my Old Navy credit card (my fault entirely), and they held some additional purchases for me until I could get my credit card issue sorted. Shout out to: Megan, Stephanie, Mitch, and Chance for going above and beyond, having amazing customer service, and all together being just wonderful and lovely people while I was their problem child, lol. These people deserve a raise!

Old navy used to have cute things, and they still have a few pieces here and there, but nothing like 5 years ago. Quality went down as prices went up. Not only that, they eliminated their plus-size selection in stores, so yet again bigger women have to scrounge for somewhere else to shop.
