Staff is helpful but the mansplaining and patronizing way of talking to people, particular younger people, and women is completely unnecessary.

They always have a staff member that knows a thing or two about the project you're fixing to get frustrated on and not once have I gotten the wrong part unlike its competitors that did/ do it every time

Chris, the assistant manager, and Logan were very helpful and professional. I had a headlight out and Chris got the part and he and Logan both helped install it for me. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend. I appreciated their help so much.

The staff was very professional and courteous. I had to have a part ordered since it wasn't available within the store. I was told the part would be in the next morning, and I arrived an hour later from the time I was told the part would be in, and the part was there. I recommend O'Reilly's to anyone; they're great ?.

Traveling home from Florida we were experiencing car problems. We called O’Reilly Auto Parts and Logan said he would stay till we got there and could scan the problem codes to see what was wrong. We got there 10 minutes before they closed and insisted on staying to help us. We were very grateful for Logan and Chris. Thanks!

They are the friendliest and most helpful. Especially Melissa she is a sweetheart and knows her stuff.They've had parts in stocks for my vehicle that the other places didn't.
