I would give them ZERO stars if I could! Debit card was messed up, so we called and we were told that they could replace it in the office. I went at least twice and the lobby was closed each time. When they were finally open, I was told that I had to pay for a new card and it would be in the mail in 7 to 10 days. I finally get the card and call the line to activate it and the line isn’t working. Go somewhere else! This bank is horrible and the people that work there could care less!

Shelby in their loan department talks to you like you are garbage I called in to see about lowering my rate and she acted like she didn’t want to do it so I’ll pay the higher one ….. do your job lady and if I could I’d take my loan elsewhere jus cause I bought an older truck to drive back and forth to work don’t mean I’m poor or trash treat people with respect or clock out and go home ???

I have been a Signet customer for over 30 years and have been mostly satisfied with them until recently. I needed to make a small loan and was denied even though I had two vehicles to use as collateral and had never missed a payment on the previous loans I had with them. What ever happened to customer loyalty?I am really disappointed in them now.

In all my years with a number of different banks, Signet is #1 for service. It is an organization dedicated to its members and service to all. Michelle and her staff, where I bank, are extremely nice and make make everyone feel comfortable when transacting business. I think Carla is making this one of the best organizations in the area. I would strongly recommend this organization to anyone wanting a friendly and reliable banking experience.

Trying to check my balance after hours and it just says due to high call volume hold for the next line then just hangs up. Or it will just ring and ring and never pick up. Horrible automated system.

They have one of the best apps I've ever used for banking accounts. To open a checking account, they do run your credit. But once you get passed that, the staff is great and again, the app is fantastic. Give hometown banking a try again. I'll bet you will be glad you did!
