Do not let them touch your car. Took my car in to get fixed after I was rear ended. Got my car back. A couple weeks later I noticed damage they didn’t fix in the first place. Had to take it back again. Even after the second visit, my front bumper randomly starts falling off. But I will not let them touch my car again.

They tried to fix my car for my insurance they told insurance it was only going to cost 11k to fix my truck. It's getting into 20k and the truck still is not fix. I am a mechanic and they didn't fix the broken rack and pinion, missing bumper clips, headlights parts falling out, hood was bent and had to take back for replacement, In seriousness the rack and opinion could of killed my family if failed. I had it fix for 5k and my cruise control keeps coming off and on due to sensor in front. They try to bandaid things so they can get the bid from the insurance jobs. Sad place never take your vehicles here

4/23/2021 Had service and a repair at the dealership today which has caused me to change my rating. A $50.00 Shop Supplies Fee was added to the bill! Checked with other Ford Dealerships who told me they have a fee but nowhere near that much. Now I have to think twice before having any more repairs made made here since others dealerships can do my warranty work. Maybe this fee should be reviewed because $50.00 seems either desperate or price gouging.My truck was hit in from behind and the bumper had to be replaced. Dropped my truck off at 8:00 am and it was ready by 1:00 PM. Can’t beat that for service. This was an insurance claim and repair which I was pleasantly surprised how much they helped speed things up! Great experience. Tommy and Tracey are the best!
