I couldn't have broke down at a worse time, right before Christmas, but Keen's handled the job. Huge shout out to Keens for putting my truck together right. It goes a long way having the job done right the first time. All of the mechanics were knowledgable. The price was fair, communication was clear and the job was done when they said it was. They are worth going out of the way to get the job done right. Earned a repeat customer here.

We were on our way to Nashville for a weekend in our Class A motorhome and ended up on the side of the highway. Thankfully, our tow truck driver dropped us off at Keens. Steven and his team went above and beyond to figure out what exactly the problem was and unfortunately our transmission was bad. Steven helped with getting us a rental car so we could continue our trip and kept in contact with us while the transmission was being repaired. This company is a family owned business and they treated us like family. Thanks to Steven and his team, we are back on the road and finding new adventures! Thank you Keens!!!!!

Pulled in off the interstate in my Mitsubishi Delica L400 with a minor issue. They took the time to talk to me, fixed it, and had me on my way very quickly. The front office staff and mechanics are very personable and very customer oriented! Five stars.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This is literally the third roadside I've had to call and Brian barely even walked up to my truck and I'm running! The others couldn't get her to work. Much appreciated and I will definitely call first if I'm ever in a bind in the area again
