Terrible customer service. Booked appointment online. Arrived for my appointment only to be told they didn't have me on their list. Showed them my appointment info screenshot and she told me if I wasn't on her list she couldn't help me except rebook for next week. I noticed the service bays were open and asked her again if they could not fit me in. She said No, that they had customers coming in. She was blunt, curt,and made no attempts to rectify the situation. No manager on duty. Totally wasted my time, gas,etc.. When I left she was standing outside smoking a cigarette with the servicemen with two of their service bays still open. I purchased my vehicle from them and told them I will take my business elsewhere in the future. SO BEWARE, DO NOT BOOK ANY APPOINTMENTS ONLINE WITH THEM AND EXPECT ANY SERVICE!!

Make an appointment! They are very busy and low staffed sometimes these days. Super friendly staff and they keep me up on all needed maintenance. I only come here.

This is Quick Lube quick oil change was at Paducah Ford and they are very friendly can get the works oil change at a price of 49.99 with the synthetic oil which is better for your car

I called to ask for the price of an oil change. When I asked the maintenance department said “I don’t know, between $50-60” so I asked to speak to someone who knew what they were taking about. That upset him. I don’t care. I asked for the price not the average for a ford pickup that comes in. I have a Prius. It uses less oil and I wanted to know a realistic amount of money to bring. It’s a freaking pandemic my guy. I don’t have a job so I’m sorry for wanting a more accurate price.
