Great group of people. I hate to have an automotive emergency when traveling. I knew my tires were getting old with about 65k miles and seven years. Set me up with four new shoes for my car in short order, and I was able to get myself home after a hard week. They were even good enough to recommend a great breakfast place while I waited. I know I was much easier to work with after my morning coffee and a few fried eggs. I had driven all around Metropolis and Paducah, and they turned my day around. I would recommend y'all head a little further away from I-24 and work with the best garage in the area.

A Grateful Thank You to Lonnie
We want to take a moment to express our deepest thanks for a situation that could have been a nightmare, but turned into a blessing. While my son was traveling from Colorado to Florida, he blew a tire in the middle of nowhere. I was up in the mountains of Colorado and felt completely helpless until Lonnie stepped in.
From the very first moment, Lonnie put us at ease. He didn’t just treat it like another call; he went above and beyond. He took the extra time to search for a replacement wheel, even though we weren’t sure if we’d need it. His calm voice gave us hope and the assurance that everything was going to be okay.
Lonnie never once put us on hold. He answered every call, every question, and handled everything with patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness. The tire was fixed quickly, the cost was far better than expected, and Lonnie’s expertise in the tire industry was clear from start to finish.
Thanks to Lonnie, my son was able to get safely back on the road and rest before continuing his long journey to Florida. You truly were a blessing to our family in a stressful moment.
Thank you, Lonnie. God bless you. We will never forget your kindness.

Extra $200 alignment charge, and my car smells like cigarettes now. Don’t go here. They added multiple charges after I said no. be careful.

Walked into this place and inquired about a wheel bearing replacement on a 2014 Jeep Compass. The man at the desk quoted me a part price of $450 and labor of $360 and whatever else total $1050.00. I made the appointment and was gonna get it done. Wow. I am so glad I prayed and went with my gut. I went to a mechanic right up the road and they quoted me $260 for part and labor. And fixed it in less than 2 hours….. That is crazy! Beware of this place! They will try to rob you blind!

Dang good service very knowledgeable, however year later now they claim wide wheels and lift kit is why they can’t align my truck yet it’s only on a 20in by 12in wide rim, most heavy duty trucks today come with from factory, and lift doesn’t change ground clearance on a ifs truck since the control arms and cross bracing gets dropped lower.

I hate to do this, but feel I am out of options. I own a small business, and in March/April of 2022 they contacted me due to a bay door being broken and needed it fixed ASAP. We dropped everything and got them going and gave them an estimate to fix that door and another. They ok's the work to be done. Work was completed and bill was due on 5/28/22. Here we are 7/29/24 and I still can't get paid. The manager keeps giving excuses on to why Goodyear Tire company, who owns Raben, hasn't paid us yet. If they do not respect my business to pay me in a reasonable amount of time, they don't respect the business over the years I have given them.
If, by some miracle, they decided to pay for the work we did and they ok'd, I'll gladly delete this review

Horrible service messed up my balance had to take to another tire shop to be fixed. All they wanted to do was tell me it was other things that needed to be replaced when it did not need to be. Two weeks later raise my hood and my engine cover is missing. A new one even used is over 200 they said they didn’t have it and would do nothing about it. Will never recommend or go here again.
