My first experience with the staff at this location ended my relationship with regions forever. I have never been so appalled in my life. I went to this location on my way to the funeral home yesterday to pay for my father’s death services. I needed a cashier’s check written to the funeral home. I had cash in my hands and have multiple accounts with money available at this bank. They explained their bank policy, which was fine. Then, they tried to make me deposit all of my cash into my deceased father’s checking account (also has money available in it) so that I would not have access to those funds for the funeral home. The staff at this location is insensitive and rude. When someone tells you their father just passed away, you offer condolences. You kindly explain any issue. You act with patience and kindness. The lady behind the counter was awful to me. She was absolutely obnoxious. My child and I were going through enough to not have our day ruined by this insensitive behavior. She all but stole the money out of my hands that I had walked into the bank with to legit use to pay for death services. Luckily funeral homes take cash and give a receipt.I’d say do better, but this was the last straw for me. I’m done with regions.I have been using regions for over a decade. I run into a lot of problems with customer service, especially in NW TN, but absolutely nothing comes close to how I was treated yesterday. I have three accounts at regions including my business account, my father had one account I was linked to because he had dementia and my husband has a business account at regions. I am waiting for a few transactions to complete and then closing ALL of our accounts. F regions! I will pop open a bottle of champagne to celebrate ending my relationship with this bank. The way I’ve been treated would leave an average person with PTSD. Shameful!

The most thrilling part of the day for the lady at the counter was telling me "NO" she couldnt complete a money transfer because my name was "Mike" on the check rather than Michael on my ID. DONT GO HERE. There is a reason they have a poor rating folks.

All I’ve got to say is they have very nice people BUT if you are a veteran looking for a home loan: go elsewhere! shoddy communication, lack of VA loan knowledge, and unprofessional underwriters says it all. The rest will be on a fair lending complaint that I’m filing.

I've been going to this Bank every week for the last 3 months the ATM machine has always been out of service why can't they get the thing fixed correctly I have to travel out of my way to go into downtown Paducah to use the nearest ATM machine

My aunt , banks here , she is in the hospital, so I had to cash a check for her, so she had cash, it was made out to me, they said I wasn't a customer, so they had to charge me 2.25 to cash a check,the check was from regions . I thought when I walked in ,I was a customer, but she said I'm not , clerk said my aunt could come in , but she would have to charge me, my aunt, who is 90, wasn't able to get released from the hospital to due her banking. You're customer service sucks, this is not customer service. Now I'm on hold at your customer service line, my wait is only 15 minutes to talk to someone, this is awesome, tried to talk on your website, but good luck with that one. You have to call and wait forever. Trying to get the presidents name, no one knows, who he is.
