“I’m hoping this is the right branch of Estes. My driver said he came out of Paducah, so hopefully it is! My delivery driver, Jim, was fantastic. He stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process, and was extremely helpful when he arrived. I live more out in the county off a gravel road, and it can be tricky to deliver to my house when you’re driving a big truck. Jim made it easy, and the process went smoothly. Thank you so much!”
