Sleep number products are awesome. I cant say enough about the quality of sleep you get. Jace from the Paducah was great to work with. Delivery was very professional. No problems in the process whatsoever. Even paying over the phone was super easy. Thanks sleep number of Paducah.

Purchased the premium service package to which covers delivery, Wi-Fi setup,mattress protector install and disposal of old bedding. Delivery guys said they only pick up Sleep Number items and didn’t handle the competitors items which is a lie. Sales said they were supposed to dispose of mattress only. They sure didn’t make that clear when I purchased the service. Who would buy a mattress and frame but only want mattress removed? SMH. Either way it was deceptive by both sales and just a flat out lie by the service department. I wasn’t home so of course they took advantage of my wife’s kindness I tried to call and conveniently got a recording and service was long gone before I could get it resolved. If I was home the new mattress would not have come in. Of course Sleep Number claims to use outside contractors for service so they can wash their hands of any responsibility. I bought a $7000 mattress and frame and spent an extra $350 on the premium service package and they didn’t even put the protector on nor dispose of anything now I’m stuck with the mess on my porch and honesty up front would have prevented this mess. I feel like I have been had by Larry’s used cars and ham sandwiches instead of doing business with a reputable company. Luke in sales and his manager James at the Paducah Kentucky store suck!!

I want to start off and say that the only positive experience I've had with Sleep Number up to this point is when they were selling me the mattress in store. Since then my delivery date has been canceled 2 times. Both times they canceled within an hour of when they were supposed to be there. So now I've missed 2 days of work without pay due to some ignorant excuses of why my bed can't be there. The first time I was informed it was because a tech had called off work. Two weeks later because the warehouse where the bed is stored is closed. Next scheduled delivery is 9/9 so we will see what excuse they have then. For a company that has been in business as many years as they brag about, they should have all aspects locked down. Also to add Everytime they cancel the next delivery date is at minimum over a week away. No compensation offered for anything just a lousy apology. Would not recommend

Purchased our Sleep Number bed in February 2023 and already having issues. Bed will not connect to Bluetooth or WiFi. Called tech support and they just send broken links, call store and they say they will call back in 5 minutes. It's been at least a couple days and when I call now it sends me to voicemail. Highly recommend not getting a Sleep Number bed.
