Wanted to switch back forVerizon. Waited for over an HOUR for the almost single employee to say we needed to get a number code from Verizon and we’d need to go there. While we wasted our lives, we listened to how the employees were telling customers to leave out of the back door so that it wouldn’t affect their paycheck! Guess what, if you were remotely efficient, you could have taken care of more people! Disgusting waste of time. Will never return or use TMobile no matter how bad the other services are. At least they won’t blatantly waste my life.

Came to pay my bill due today and they were closed by 7 30 even tho they close at 8. Workers were just standing and talking inside ignoring the fact I needed to pay something. Lady I talked to outside looked very unprofessional.

Came in today looking to buy two phones. We already have a plan. I was in looking at the iPhone 14xmax. The man who came up to us approached us. We asked for a few moments to compare the prices to the Apples because we noticed the prices were a little inflated compared to what Apple sells them at. We asked if we could look at the pricing options/ negotiations as the price was way higher than what Apple was selling at. The guy who helped us rolled his eyes and got some paper the other guy who was working with him laughed and made some comments that sounded off hand about me and my partner. We asked if there was a problem. He said shrugged and I told them we would be leaving after that interaction. The two men who worked there are bigger guys and look like they are mod 30s-40/ with facial hair.

Went here to change phones..all we got was excuses from man in store...could not use our phones because they were locked..but when I called same store they could..drove 45 min for nothing...oh I could get get new phones for 1800 dollars...after everything this cost more than what we already had..would not recommend to anyone...this store just wants high commissions...just don't do it..online might be ok but not here.

Don’t shop here ! I called t- mobile and was told just to purchase the phone in store! Went to the store and the short white man and black hair with glasses said it is company policy when you purchase a new phone with t- mobile you are required to purchase an accessory !!!! He just don’t know that I have him recorded staying this multi- times !! Then the lady is the store told me that she cannot proceed with the activation because the system will not let her without an accessory being on the order! However she was about to process my card until he came over and tried to get me to purchase a lot of accessories 40+ dollar each !!! This is not published anywhere letting customers know that this is T-Mobile policy!!! Just know they are about to go viral !

Have a history of service with these guys. Got told they had a phone over the phone and they didn't have it when I showed up just an hour later, took away a star for that. Other wise great service.

Great help but still never got resolved. It's sad to see that TMobile holds up a consumer on certain billing disputes.

T-Mobile is a rip- off company. I went to their store to take advantage of an ad they sent me that said they would pay off our phones if less than 800 each owed and give us service for about half the cost of my service now. They activated our lines for 74.20 then told me I had to payoff the phones myself and then give me the accounts with payoff so they could reimburse me sometime down the line with visa gift cards for the amount. No timeline on how long it would take. When I told them that is not the deal advertised they wouldn’t transfer the refund 74.20 back to me that I had to call the customer service number. After 25 days and 3 phone calls the last one told me the truth. That they were not refunding the activation fee. These lines were never put on usage for even 10 seconds! Their customer service blatantly lied to me twice about refunding the fee.

I went to this t-mobile to fix my phone and add some extra lines , and they hooked me up with such a good deal! my last provider AT&T was scamming me out of money. The assistant manager Ruben , was so kind and genuinely cared about my situation. Thank you T-Mobile!!

They don't know what they are doing in store. My 3 month old phone is not working right, (they could not fix it. And are charging me for a device I teturned. They don't have any one on the phone either that can, or wants to help. They want me to pay 253.46( I don't owe it ,THE IDEM WAS RETURNED)

For anyone who is going to go to them watch your back know what you are doing and how much it will cost ahead of time these guys just tried to charge me 70 bucks for what's suppose to be 20
