Their prices are high. The staff wasn't very friendly. They were also having some sort of animal adoption day and where I support that I don't think having it inside your store is a good idea as it smelled like pee from the animals.

Amazing selection every time I come here. I end up finding tons of clothes there. Pricing is great, and the quality of the products are amazing. Some of my favorite clothes came from here. Highly recommend checking them out.

I would rate this store at 85% wheelchair accessible. There are several aisles you won't make it down in a wheelchair or powerchair. It doesn't make sense to me why they can't spread the aisles wide enough to allow a wheelchair to roll through.

Not family friendly. No stroller, no diaper bag, no drinks. Wasn’t notified until half way into store. An employee was seated outside, next to the front doors.

I am subscribed to their text messages. Yesterday I got a text that they're having a "sidewalk sale, everything $1 on Saturday August 17 starting at 9am". I live 45 minutes away but I thought it would be worth the drive because I could get so much stuff. So as I'm sitting in the parking lot about to go in at 9:05 a text message comes in from them stating that the sale is Saturday 8/31, NOT TODAY!! So I just wasted a little less than half a tank of gas for absolutely NOTHING! I went inside and showed them the 2 text messages, which I'm going to post here if it'll allow me to, and the lady's response was "I'm sorry" which at LEAST she did say I'm sorry, but still, no explanation for WHY they sent out that message yesterday saying the sale is today starting at 9 rather than next Saturday. I'm so angry right now because I'm disabled but don't get disability yet, it's an ongoing battle, but I say that just to say that I don't have extra money to just throw away like that not to mention the time I wasted because it was an hour and a half in the car for absolutely NOTHING!! That's NOT how you do business!!!! I mean, they could've at least offered me like $10 store credit or something for the gas and time I wasted.
