Traders Mall Flea Market is an interesting place with some unique shops and an excellent atmosphere. The flea market floor offers a unique selection of things new and used, with lots of collectibles sold in the booths. Shoppers can find great deals on used name brand clothing, along with a leather shop, a rock and stone shop, and a display of custom refinished furniture described as very impressive. Several spots offer some unbeatable bargains on a variety of items. The on-site Traders Mall Cafe is noted for its friendly, salt-of-the-earth people. It offers an awesome Sunday lunch buffet with country cooking, featuring entrees like home style fried chicken, liver & onions, Chicken & rice, and Shepherds pie, plus many sides and an incredible selection of homemade desserts. The buffet for two people, all you can eat with drinks for 30 dollars, is considered an absolute deal. Special events are held periodically, such as a monthly Western KY chicken and small animal sale in the parking lot. The staff is helpful, as evidenced by quickly assisting a customer who lost a wallet. Booth owners note there is often more to see on Saturdays, and they recommend watching the calendar and bulletin board for special events.
