Had a rather unpleasant exchange with an employee at the Paducah store,Valerie, January 25 this year, she was rude af snickering and speaking down to a customer. Fortunately, Julia is an exceptional employee and made up for the incompetence of Ms Valerie of whom I hope no longer works here. Also as of late the store is very poorly stocked. The last several times I went I left without purchasing because what I needed was not in stock. The employees seem like they either don’t know or are too busy and annoyed with questions. Except the guy in Clinique he is always helpful!!

Bella and Alexis were wonderful I appreciate the kindness and compassion I received. Bella made me feel for the first time very comfortable going to a Ulta store.I felt so confident and happy when I left this store. She went over and beyond for me along with their manager Julia. I tried out a new journey for a makeup routine with contouring and Alexis opened up a whole new world for me. She went over and beyond too! Thank you for helping me in my new journey for makeup and new products! People love love my makeup and I feel I am accomplishing my own personal goals. Thank you ladies!

I am an Ulta devotee so imagine my excitement when I learned that there was an Ulta store in the small town where I was moving. I have been in Paducah for eight months now and continue to have the same experience at this Ulta store. Low stock, low inventory, hardly any testers, messiness, etc. I have been to the Paducah store a few times since Christmas and was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it is a wreck and it has been for months. There are full shelves emptied for product they say they are getting in but it hasn’t come. I’m just looking for a simple Milani concealer but they have zero Milani product out currently. I have been surprised that I can get more items at Walmart that I seem to be able to get at Ulta. I actually just left the store feeling so anxious I had to get out because it was such a mess. The last thing I looked at was the Colourpop aisle. Hardly any product in stock, no testers, the testers that were left were wrecked and dirty…just a mess in general! I understand they are probably a lower volume store and won’t get as much as other stores. That being said, that should make it even easier to keep what you do have clean and presentable. What is usually a calming experience of going in and looking at and smelling nice things has turned into the opposite. I don’t want to go in there unless I have to!

My daughter loves this store! My last experience was not as pleasant as usual. The young lady asked it we needed any help, but looked irritated that she had to do so. I understand having a bad day... but we come to this store in particular because you expect the employees to be helpful on products & polite. Not so much annoyed that you have questions.
