I dropped off a package to send to my sister in socal. The staff was very helpful and professional and I have no problem with the store. But I will never use UPS ever again! According to the shipping progress, my package went from Kentucky to Missouri to California to Wisconsin then Illinois. Either they're lying or can't read a map!

I had been a long-time customer and used to appreciate this location. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing. The young manager on duty has consistently demonstrated unprofessional behavior, including rudeness and an unwillingness to resolve customer concerns.
I am not the only one who has had these issues. Several friends and acquaintances have shared similar negative experiences, suggesting a recurring pattern. In fact, when I went to the post office to open a P.O. Box (which cost me $40 for six months and was more cost-effective than this location’s services), the staff there mentioned that multiple customers had recently switched from this UPS Store due to dissatisfaction.
I believe the owner should seriously evaluate the management at this location, as customer service is a key part of retaining business. This kid has to be a relative or a friend’s kid to even keep this job. He’s rude and does not know how to handle problems that may arise. He instantly becomes defensive as if he could never do anything wrong or make a mistake. To that all I can say is: you are a manager at a UPS Store in Paducah. ::eye roll:: Get off your high horse.
The other staff members are very friendly and helpful. Maybe one of THEM should be made manager.
At this time, based on my experience and that of others I know, I cannot recommend this store.
I see the owner replies to reviews. Thanks but no thanks. Not interested in hearing empty excuses that will probably be made for this child’s behavior.

Extremely efficient & quick working through a large group of customers. Consistently great customer service at the Paducah location. I’m almost always in and out of here with an Amazon return in under 30 seconds. Impressive.

The employee who assisted me at UPS Store #6802 was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. The store was crowded when I was there (around 4 p.m. on a Monday) and she and other employees handled customers in a timely manner.
