This branch has been my main bank since 2005 and while they have had a lot of staff changes, the quality remains the same. The only thing that I’d say should be changed is to bring back the Saturday hours.

I’ve been having trouble sleeping lately so I opened an account online at about two in the morning. I chose US Bank because I googled veterans and military banks and US Bank came up. I needed a local bank because USAA could not meet that need. U.S. Bank had a free checking account for veterans. I did everything early morning. The next day I called and talked to a employee named Brittany. I needed some papers notarized. She was available at two and did that for me right at the James Sanders branch. She was very nice she gave me a little tutorial on the mobile app gave me her card. She said if I ever needed anything to call her personally. I’m really enjoying this Bank so far I love the personal touch that’s for sure!

Is this the manner in which ALL your employees speak to clients. Due to Lucas Bremer’s name calling....consider moving my account. Being labeled “boomer” is extremely hurtful to me I’m just a customer that has many bank options

I always have a good experience going into this branch. Gary is the best bank teller who is always smiling and kind! It’s not awkward and uncomfortable like it can be sometimes at other branches.
