One of the ladies at the front counter is SO RUDE. Everytime I’m in there she is just unpleasant. This most recent time I went into the office to send two packages, it’s 4:30, google says they close at 5PM. No problem I thought, but they actually close at 4:30, needless to say she was pissed.
