I went into Visionworks with my insurance and took my own frames. The employee that I had helping me kept saying out of pocket charges and I didn't have an exam and had my own frames. She made sure she charged my insurance company the max. I took the receipt and didn't look at it until I got home, she charged my insurance $455 and don't forget that I didn't get an exam and had my own frames. I called them up to ask why it was so high and asked to speak to the manager, well she got on the phone and told me that I only had $400 on there and I told her that I had $510, she said I got the premium. I told her that if it was only $400 why was $455 charged. She tried to make it seem like I was lying about how much I had for glasses. I will never go there again. I told them that they old man that use to examine you had dementia or something because he kept giving me glasses that I couldn't read with. My insurance company had to call the manager and set her straight on how much I was allowed. She said it was a misunderstanding, I said she had my number and could have called me up and apologized for acting like I was lying.

Dr. Michael Case is amazing, my children have been coming here since elementary school and love love love their doctor!! Staff is very friendly and punctual, get me and my family of 4 out in an hour and a half tops !!! Defiantly recommend!! Walk ins welcome as well !!!

Paducah Vision Works is TOP NOTCH. Awesome customer experience & service. Very fast service & they go above and beyond for the customer. The staff always has a beautiful smile on their face as well! I would recommend this location to anyone.

Dr. Case is great. He took time with me and explained things to me. I made my appt online very easily and when I arrived my wait was super short. My experience was great. I’ll come back.
