EXTREMELY impressed. I have worn glasses for 40 years, my husband has never worn glasses. Needless to say I have had a TON of experiences both with eye exams and eyeglasses. From the time we walked in we were made to feel very welcome. They explained the process, they didn’t just point and tell us where to go, they escorted us to where we needed to be. The eye exam was extremely efficient and through. Once that was done someone else introduced themselves and said they would be with us in a minute to help with the glasses. She was extremely helpful and thorough helping us with our new glasses. Made suggestions based on our jobs & lifestyle. The selection of glasses was huge with a great price range. highly recommend Visionworks to anyone needing vision care

I got the best pair of glasses I have ever had from Visionworks my doctors name was Michael case he was very efficient I was very happy with the pair of glasses I received they have many to choose from I was in and out within a half an hour my glasses were ready the next day I couldn’t believe how helpful and how happy everyone was there when I picked up my glasses they fit in them immediately I can see so good now I am so happy I highly recommend this place and Dr. case to anyone that goes to vision works

There okay for exams but glasses are expensive I take my prescription to success vision. Online 100 bucks and I got no line bifocals.

The staff for the eye exam were great, but when ordering glasses not good. Got glasses and the linses were horrable so we went back the young lady we saw was good and they said something was wron with linses and ordered new ones thay were just as bad. The first pair we got at this location was great glasses but the ones we got this time was horrable.

All good! And I had a coupon that saved me 50%. Special order lenses had to be made off- site though but I understand. I am just thankful they could do the order. My representative was kind, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. Waiting time to be helped was no more than 15 minutes but I was browsing frame selections all that time.Very happy so far. Glasses due 11/09 or before.

Everyone was super friendly. My daughter was nervous about her first eye exam, so she brought her pet alligator. The staff made her feel comfortable, and by the time she was trying on frames, she no longer needed to hold onto that toy. Thank y'all for making this experience a good one for my daughter.

I eas just a walk in and they had a cancelation and got me in very quickly. They were all super nice and new their job well! Very large selection of frames!! It took me longer to find 2 frames i had so many to choose from, than it did for the entire exam!!!

Absolute top-of-the-line customer service. The eye exam was thorough, the staff was friendly and helpful, the style of glasses selection was dizzying, and the lab was quick to manufacture them. The resulting prescription is the clearest my vision has ever been.

You are making people wear a mask for a virus that doesn’t exist. You are in the health care industry yet you make your own employees wear a mask that creates bacteria? You might want to investigate the Spanish flu.That tells me that you are part of the Elite and care nothing for human life. You are an enemy of the American people including the slaves that you have in your office. Good luck.

This office is so hard to work with their staff does not understand what HIPPA is. They are also lazy and won't get the information that is filled out online so customers can use the correct insurance. They do as little as possible at the front desk. I am switching to a different provider because of the lack of ability of their staff.

Vision works in Paducah is amazing. We are always in and out and every single person in there is helpful and extremely nice. It is a breath of fresh air to go somewhere and deal with kind people these days!! Not to mention my daughters glasses were finished in 1 hour
