Staff is disrespectful. Treats people rudely and with poor tone. Prescriptions are oftentimes incorrect or the will forget a medicine or completely got quantities wrong.

What ever guy is in pharmacy on Aug 24th 2024 is rude they can send 100 text reminders and or alerts but when I got a few questions he get mad and smart I been using them for 14yrs and seen many and many pharmacists come and go guy hung up on me while I was talking mad about his job then leave it help the people you signed up to help never in the 14yrs have I ever thought of going anywhere else but that guys smart mouth for any reason is not ok.

This pharmacy appears to be a busy one, but they got me out in a short amount of time. The store is well stocked. I was in and out in a short time with my prescriptions and other products I needed. The staff was very professional.

Not sure what’s going on with Walgreens ss paducah service has gone way bad we’ve used them for years. Son had an appointment for a 4:20 Covid booster had to wait over an hour to get it.

Today I went Walgreens to have a prescription filled. I hadn't been in a very long time and I really didn't want to have to get out in the cold and go in, so hey let's go to Walgreens drive thru. Big mistake! The service itself was great. The employees were very nice. However, there needs to be a sign posted that says "Drop Off and Pick Up ONLY. Please do not wait at window or in line for prescription to be filled." While waiting, I remembered why it had been so long since I'd been.
