“Lost” my prescription 3 different times in one week. They are now out of stock on my medication. I will be moving all of my families prescriptions to CVS. Employees are extremely rude and accuse you of already picking up your prescription because they can’t find it. If I had already picked it up I wouldn’t wait in line for 30 minutes each visit to be told it’s lost. I wonder how many medications they have “lost!”

Called in a prescription here, just to get a partial refill, then told that we can't pick up until 6 days afterwards despite being given a 5 day partial refill. Lady didn't even tell us that it was a partial refill or if we wanted to transfer to a different pharmacy, we ended up having to go inside. Never had worse customer service across the board. At least the checkout lady at the front of the walgreens was nice.Their pharmacy tech need customer service training because we didn't even know what we were supposed to do until we returned inside for instructions. Just send your prescriptions to somewhere else.

I have had good experiences in the store itself but the Pharmacy always seems to be too busy and the wait is often longer. I think some customer service training would help some as I am not sure its if its management or just a negative environment for the workers. I would like to see more friendly smiling faces. ?

Waited on hold for over 30 minutes to no answer and no answer as to why my wife’s antibiotics aren’t being filled yet. No excuses. I don’t care if you are short staffed. Answer your phones and acknowledge the fact we exist. Poor customer experience, management, employees, and experience

After today I will be changing pharmacy. It's been building up to this. More times then not they are "out of stock" of my rx. But today I have been setting here for an hour trying to fix issues with 2 rxs. Come to find out there wasn't really an issue with the rxs but the person that took the rx orders. So yeah....don't come here if you're sick or in a hurry.

I advise everyone to steer clear of this pharmacy. The worst customer service ever and extremely slow. Tonight has definitely been my limit when the little red head got an attitude with me when they “didn’t have” my prescription. Come to find out, they did and they just didn’t put it into the system. I will be changing to a different pharmacy. This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever used, and I have wasted enough time and fuel going back and forth to this place. We will not even get into how they just seem to make up their hours of operations and change them on a weekly, if not daily, basis. I hope you don’t need medication immediately and can go without it for several days.

The service has drastically gone downhill. The drive-thru line is ridiculously slow, slower than it has ever been. The store managers don't even know the options that the app gives you for pickup. The express pay constantly bills the wrong debit card no matter how many times you set it to default. If this side of town had a drug store with a drive-thru, I would switch in a heart beat.

I hate hate hate hate this Walgreens pharmacy on the south side.. The older black lady is super rude. They never have my medication ready after I receive a call saying it’s ready. One prescription sat on the fax machine for two days. They told me they were busy that’s why and that was understandable except when I went back the next morning the person I spoke to about it literally put it back on the fax machine so I had to come back again. It’s been something every time within the last few months with them and I get a lot of prescriptions. I’m done!

I called the Southside Walgreen's today to see if they offer the Johnson & Johnson Covid vaccine booster. I was told they only have the Moderna and Pfizer boosters and that Johnson & Johnson has not released a booster yet and that I could take either one of the other two available. Johnson & Johnson has a booster to the vaccine. THIS IS SCARY! THE PHARMACY STAFF NEEDS TO KNOW WHAT IS AVAILABLE AND NOT TELL CUSTOMERS INCORRECT INFORMATION.I called my local health department and they have the J&J booster and I now have an appointment to get that done.I love Walgreen's as a store but the Pharmacy needs to be shut down and they need some massive training. This is so sad.

If I could rate it a 0 or even a negative number I would. Many disappointing visits here but today is my limit. Worst branch I've ever been too!!!!! They apparently recently started closing the pharmacy at 6 pm but didn't even put a closed sign on the window to let you know they are closed so you end up sitting in line in the drive thru waiting until each car in front of you gets tired of waiting and finally moves out of the way one by one. You get your turn at the window only to find that while waiting for assistance, you can see them all inside talking and looking out at you but never acknowledging your even there.
