Great selection, good prices, and quick service. A bit crowded at times, but overall a solid experience.

This store is insanely large and has just about anything I needed, though I noticed their prices for a few things I wanted were more expensive here than Target. I also didn't like their produce--the cherry tomatoes weren't all that fresh, and most of the bananas were either overripe or green as grass. Their customer service folks were nice about handling a return--an extra star for them!

Perpetually empty shelves, bothersome pets in the food aisles, and a horrible, newly-designed self checkout. It's a chore to go into this store.

KELS you are the reason I still believe in Walmart. I gave up on Walmarts customer service a long time ago. But you truly define the brand I remember for when humanity was still alive in kindness, respect, and professionalism. Even when someone tried to cut me you spoke up for me in a respectful manner. You're my hero. I really hope Brian the store manager when I met him and also shows your same energy and work ethic, takes notice of you. You are the example of that there still are hard workers with good hearts. Thank you very much :) you shine my dear. I felt so happy leaving Walmart and I have never said that before.

You have to drive through a maze of beggers on every corner. Once arriving on the lot and park you better be alert to your surroundings. If you make it out of your car chances are you won't make it inside before being approached and asked for money. If you don't submis you will get the death look. Chances are once inside your just a little safer, no promises be alert. Once your shopping is complete good luck making the same obstacle course leaving. I recommend finding a safer area to shop even if you have to dive out of town. This activity should not be allowed citizens should feel safe and be safe. What you see are not people in need but scammers. Sit back and watch you will agree and be amazed at what you see going on.

Pretty average for a Walmart. Went on a Friday afternoon and was able to find what I needed and get in and out fairly quick.

This Walmart is not courteous to its customers they do not care to help when you are looking for something and you ask somebody for help that's not in the department that you are looking for something will tell you I don't know that's not my department instead of taking time like they used to to help a customer out regardless how long it took Store has gone downhill in the last three years big time

I am a single mom with 6 kids. My husband died in circus incident and it was tragic. I went to this Walmart to look for something to get him for his grave. I asked for help and no one would assist me. Is it because I'm a single mother. I feel very discriminated because the workers frowned upon me when I told them my husband had died. They need to do better asap. Would not reccomend.

VERY POOR SERVICE! Busy afternoon with only two registers open. Terrible management. Shoppers lined up 6-8 deep just to check out & no one seemed to care. I called the store while in line & no one answered. Poor staffing.

We're over a year with Covid 19 and mask mandates are still in effect. Yet over 50% are not wearing masks in your store and it's not being enforced. You lose more and more money because I'm not going in your store. Delivery? you auto turn on substitutions and the means i order sugar free for a diabetic and you give me sugar version. I do no subs but the majority of my ordering is no longer from you. We're in a pandemic. Step up and keep people safe.

Yesterday, I ordered 192.38 of groceries to be delivered. I left instructions for groceries to be placed inside my door. I am 80 yr old and have arthritis and therefore have difficulty lifting and carrying. I also noted that there is no texting available on my phone, thinking they would actually call if there was a problem. My email was also available. My groceries were to be delivered between 3-4 PM and I became concerned when there was no delivery at 4:20. I attempted to call customer service and could only speak with a foreigner, whom I had difficulty understanding. (Outsourcing service calls?) I decided to walk to the street in the event that I might see the car indicated for delivery on their site. I saw my groceries piled on the ground at an apartment on the other end of the complex. No one was home in my building at the time and there was a dog wandering nearby. I had to make 4 trips carrying my groceries to my apt and the frozen goods were already thawed. I am in pain and very much disappointed with Walmart's delivery service. I tried to remove the $15 tip but as yet can't talk to an English speaking person that I understand. Please be careful if you use Walmart grocery delivery.

Setting, Paducah KY, scene, Walmart. A sensible woman enters with a fist full of cash and excitement. She wanders the lonely deserted aisles and broken smiles. She manuvours past the vagabonds and dime store Sally's . She finds a sink hole, a wash of human remains . There is no help, there is no hope, there is no customer service.

I've been in this store many times to get a money order. My advice, spend a bit more and go somewhere else. You will always have to go hunt someone down and then wait. Bring a book.

Don't go here for an oil change. It was supposed to be a package deal with lots of other things. For example, vacuum the car, clean the windshield, check tire pressure, check all fluids and fill, etc. They didn't clean anything, which makes me wonder if they bothered to check anything. I'm not even sure if they changed my oil, to be honest.

Okkkkkkk just happened to drop in here while briefly staying in Paducah this week, but I just had to give kudos to this Walmart location! (I know, right....??). But seriously, this Walmart makes the St. Louis, MO Walmart I usually go to seem insane/more like a circus than I already thought it was! I went in for a few items (beer & nail polish remover) on a Friday night. First of all, the parking lot wasn't at total capacity like STL usually is. The shelves were actually stocked, and people (customers and employees) were actually courteous shoppers! I quickly found my items and was in and out in less than five minutes. Wow, who knew it was so easy? This Walmart also has an arcade. OK now I'm really jealous! I wish my normal Walmart would take notes.
