Told me last month my phone was paid off then said this month that I owed another payment.also I been paying my bill since 2019 without a reconnect fee,now this month said if I did not pay within 2 days before I got my check it would be a disconnect fee.I told them just shut it off

The cell phone service is outstanding because it runs on the largest mobile phone network, Verizon! However their plans are a little expensive, but the service is outstanding! I would recommend buying an Unlocked Phone and a prepaid plan for ALL carriers, because you never know when you’d like to quit.

Great service and I would have given a 5 but the only reason I didn't is because sometimes you don't know what charges you'll be getting on your bill and then, they don't have enough workers most days and you have to wait in line and it usually takes 30 minutes. If you're old and disabled then you probably end up making 2-3 trips just to pay your bill.
