“Replaced my starter on my Dodge Caravan. The next day it wouldn't start. Mr. Shell raced over to my work to diagnose the problem. I guess batteries aren't meant to last 10 years. He worked with me on getting it started and running, and had an honest conversation with my wife and I about whether it was time to trade the old girl in. I will be a customer for life, though I hope my new Nissan doesn't visit too soon.”

“Big THANK YOU to Everett. We had a blown out tire on our way to Kentucky. We needed to replace 4 new tires on our 40 ft. Camper. This location is equipped to do this replacement, with tires on hand and amazing staff to take good care of us. The Manager is very professional and extremely helpful. He helped us with making an appointment next day, our maneuvering of the truck/camper in and out of the bay. I sure hope Wal-Mart appreciates this man. I would hope they will acknowledge he's act of kindness and exceptional customer service.”
