The workers were too busy chatting in the back to come and run the register. My boyfriend and I ended up laying down our items on the register and leaving. Need to train their workers to have better customer service.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this goodwill! They have awesome items, employees \\u0026 prices! Every day you can go there and find awesome items at a great price literally all day! They are constantly putting new items out during the day. I have bought so many awesome brands from this location for pennies compared to what I would have paid had it been new! Actually with that said I’ve found new items still with tags for nearly nothing! I highly highly recommend this goodwill if you’re a thrifter!!

I'm from out of state. I love to visit thrift stores when and where I can. This store has a lot of broken items. I saw a few undergarments that should have been thrown away. Come on people everyone knows if they have skid marks and blood in them. There not sellable. Throw away broken and soiled bras and panties, shorts. The folks in Paintsville are better than that. I love this County. The staff is so helpful and kind. And the prices are way to high.
