We purchased a Husqvarna from Lowes of Pikeville, the sales clerk said there are 30 days for returns . The clerk said he wouldn't recommend that brand they had a lot of returns on them. We took it anyway it's started up and working. We will find out soon before 30 days is up.

Normally things go well. However, today was an exception. We tried to call ahead to ensure the right part was bought, and they refused to help unlike any other time we've asked. Not only that, once at the store, help still wasn't available for me. Another customer ended up helping me. Ty other customer!!!
