“Great service and I would have given a 5 but the only reason I didn't is because sometimes you don't know what charges you'll be getting on your bill and then, they don't have enough workers most days and you have to wait in line and it usually takes 30 minutes. If you're old and disabled then you probably end up making 2-3 trips just to pay your bill.”
