They are a rip off on tobacco products. If you go thru the drive thru they just charge whatever they want and don't tell you about it. I won't make that mistake again. Plus, there isn't anyone working in that place that has a personality.

I absolutely love the Patel family!! Danny is willing to work with anyone just to make a sale lol.. straight business man. He always has my favorite beer in stock. He greets everyone with a smiley, friendly face. Can’t really say the same about his wife but whatever lol Danny is awesome!!

Every time you go in to buy something from the shell mart in Paintsville ky the prices always changes everyday. Like last night I bought 2 pack of Sonoma cigs for $7.40 and today went to buy 2 more pack of the same cigs and they were wanting to charge me almost $9 for 2 packs. They charge whatever prices they want to whoever they want.

Terrible place will NEVER waste my money here again!! Can't understand a word anyone says in there and they sct like its your fault you don't speak their language. . .and they will scam you into stealing your money and not give you your money back to make it right!!!! Pathetic place and even more pathetic owners!!!!! They will get a visit by the better business burrow soon im sure ?
