My father had some trouble getting his phone replaced after he lost it. The manager (?) there said he would still have his original phone number but my dad didn’t understand everything the guy explained to him. He stopped by my house and asked my wife to go back to the store because his phone number on the new phone was different. When they got to the store no sales associate was on the sales area floor. Another customer who was also waiting said “everyone must be in the back room.” My wife knocked on the door going to the back and Billy (the manager?) burst out and demanded she leave his store. He didn’t like her knocking on his door. My wife pointed to my father and said “he still needs help.” And Billy told her to leave or he would call the police. She asked for his full name or his supervisors name and he again told her to leave. He looked at my dad and said “I’m done with you, too.” My wife left for fear of getting in trouble. My dad stayed and I think he got his number changed. We called AT&T ‘s 800 number and they said they couldn’t help us without the managers name and AT&T ID. So now we know why BILLY wouldn’t tell her. Be warned. This store is not friendly to non- tech savvy customers.

If it were possible to give a negative number I would. I decided to upgrade my phone and service I was lied to about my monthly bill and when I asked the employees at the paris store questions I was made to feel like an idiot. I know what I was told and the “regional manager” talked to me like a dog

Devon you told me on Thursday 20th of March that you would meet me at the Cynthiana Store at 5. I stayed till 5:35 and you never came. I called the Paris store and they said you was going to be out till Wednesday. I have been a customer with At&t for a really long time. Today was my 4th attempt for you to straighten out my plan and bill. You directed me to call customer service to get my bill straightened out myself. I called customer service and they said a manager is to never tell a customer to get their bill straightened out themselves. She could not help me and she along with myself called you on threeway and you told me to meet you today to get it straightened out. I have had 5 attempts with you. Today being the 5th and you didn't show up and I waited 35 minutes. This is not acceptable. You are the manager and you told me you would make this right. I Am So disappointed with At&t right now!!

Came in for a tech issue, was a spectrum customer but now an at&t customer. Wes and Devon are amazing. If anyone needs fiber or phone service come see them! You won't regret it!

Absolutely great store. The new store manager is really making an impact on this store. I did not like coming to this store due to past employees but Devon is AMAZING and will recommend everyone to him. He is very customer oriented and is super respectful and knows what he is doing! COME TO PARIS AT&T!! You wont regret it I promise.

These guys are exceptional! Especially the new store manager Devon. Walked in just seeing what my options were for adding home internet and possibly upgrading my wife's phone and, to check over my bill. These guys, we're able to upgrade my phones, hook me up with some new watches, and complete my request for home internet. Even with all the new add-ons, I still left the store with my new bill being $65 less per month. From $270 down to $205 absolutely amazing. 5 stars all the way!!

Devon and Wes were amazing today! Best AT&T store I have ever been too. And Devon the manager needs a raise! Such a wonderful hire. I heard such good things about him. And I came in today and he was amazing!
